This turf will be available mid to the end of April

 This turf blend is great for high traffic areas such as residential lawns or sports fields. Due to the high concentration of bluegrass in the seed mix, this turf is able to repair itself. This turf is our finest blade texture out of all our blends, very soft to walk across. If you’re looking for a turf you can keep shorter this turf can be cut down to about 1.5 inches. Since this turf does not have any tall fescue in its mix, it’s not affected by diseases like Brown Patch. However without the tall fescue this blend will go off color quicker from lack of water than our other blends.

The size of our sod pieces are 2 ft by 4.5 ft, 9 sqft total and weight about 25 lbs. per piece on average.
