Pickup

We cut Monday through Saturday during business hours and each and every order is cut fresh at the time of pick up. If you’d like to place a pick up order to be cut ahead of time, it needs to be paid for to ensure it’s picked up. Our ability to cut is always weather dependent so in the case of inclement or extreme weather conditions it is best to call and verify we are cutting before you make your trip. Orders must be paid for in our office before loading in the field and may be picked up during business hours only. Orders are cut in the field in the order in which they are received and we do not accept payment over the phone for orders to be ready upon arrival or for pickup after hours. We ask that you be here at least 15 minutes before closing to purchase sod. 

Delivery

Please call our office with your total square footage and a date in mind for delivery. We do our best to arrange deliveries on the date requested however, we only deliver during regular business hours so we tend to book up days to weeks in advanced. We recommend you call and schedule your delivery at least 4-5 days ahead of time. Payment may be made over the phone prior to delivery via credit card or by cash to the driver at the time of delivery. 

We accept all major credit cards and cash (no personal checks or business checks)
